Northwood Office is proud to announce that 50 of its office buildings, representing over 7.3 million SF across its portfolio, have been recertified in 2025 for the WELL Health-Safety rating (WELL HSR) through the International Well Building Institute (IWBI).

This distinction comes as part of a submission by Northwood Investors, who received certification for 57 locations, representing nearly 9.2 million square feet across its office, mixed-use and retail portfolios.

WELL HSR, an evidence-based, third-party verified certification, provides an effective standard to guide, validate and scale efforts of owners and operators to address acute health threats, including COVID-19.

This award marks an important achievement in Northwood's commitment to supporting the health and well-being of employees, visitors and stakeholders in our office buildings.

To achieve the WELL Health-Safety Rating, Northwood met rigorous standards in the following categories:
