CHARLOTTE, N.C. Northwood Office, a best-in-class commercial development, leasing and property management firm based in Charlotte, is pleased to announce it signed 16 new, expansion and renewal office leases from October through December 2024 across its Ballantyne® portfolio. The fourth quarter deals totaled nearly 220,000 square feet, bringing the annual total to 723,000 square feet, surpassing pre-pandemic leasing in Ballantyne.

Deals that were signed since October included four new customers, 11 renewals and one expansion. BHS Corrugated, represented by Vestian, leased Rushmore Five totaling over 25,000 square feet. Point 41, represented by Mandolin Partners, leased around 1,800 square feet at the Harris Building. Renewals included RXO, represented by JLL, for more than 150,000 square feet at the Woodward Building.
